Pauline Bozhuk

Pauline Bozhuk has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to the present. Pauline started their career as an Analyst Internship at High Technologies Park, where they successfully completed a project on the development status of the IT sector in different countries. Pauline then joined SoftSwiss Casino Software as a Sales and Business Development Manager, where they established contact with prospective clients, presented B2B solutions, and built business relationships. In 2019, Pauline worked as a Sales Manager at HES (HiEnd Systems) for a brief period before transitioning to the role of Business Development Manager at Gurtam, where they were responsible for creating a training program and onboarding new employees. Pauline later took on the role of Learning and Development Coordinator and Head of BizDev Academy at Gurtam, where they built Learning & Development processes from scratch and hired new members for the Business Development Center. Currently, Pauline serves as the Head of Competence Development Team at Gurtam.

Pauline Bozhuk obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Belarusian State University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, in 2012, they were a non-degree student at the American University in Bulgaria. Additionally, Pauline Bozhuk has obtained additional certifications including a Project Management Concentrate training from E5 in February 2023 and a Wialon Certificate from Gurtam in October 2019.
