Pavel Izotov has held multiple roles throughout their work experience. Pavel started their career as a Sales Manager at Bluefilters Group in May 2011. Pavel then worked as a Sales Manager at Eurorespect Techno, LLC from 2012 to 2013. In 2014, they joined Aplitec Private Enterprise as a Sales Manager before transitioning to Computers & Peripherals as a Channel Account Manager. In this role, Pavel was responsible for managing and developing business with partners and overseeing various aspects such as sales management, strategic planning, and financial management. Pavel worked in this position until 2020, when they joined Gurtam as a Business Development Manager. Currently, Pavel holds the position of Partner Success Manager at Gurtam.

Pavel Izotov's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Minsk College of Economics and Finance. Pavel obtained a Diploma of Education in Insurance from this institution in 2012. Following this, Pavel attended Belarusian State Economic University from 2012 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in the Faculty of Finance and Banking, with a focus on Financial Management.

In addition to their formal education, Pavel has also obtained additional certifications. In December 2022, they completed the Strategic English course at DYVE English Learning and in February 2022, they completed the "Complex and Harsh Negotiations" course at Business Tools.
