Jeraldine Fedoriw has extensive experience in the health care and social work sectors, currently serving as the Chief Adult Day Officer at Gurwin Health Care System since October 2005 and at Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation Center since April 2012. In addition, Jeraldine works as a therapist at Massapequa Counseling Center, providing individual psychotherapy in a private practice setting since February 2021. Previous roles include serving as a Fee for Service Social Worker at Our Lady of Consolation Long Term Home Health Care from May 2009 to January 2013 and as Program Director at Regal Heights Rehabilitation Center Adult Day Program from May 2003 to October 2005.
