Arpita Rao

Arpita Rao is an accomplished professional in corporate communications and public relations, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Communications at GUS Education India since October 2021. Previous roles include Group Head at MSLGROUP India from November 2016 to October 2021, Head of Public Relations at Unspun Group between April 2014 and November 2016, and Senior Public Relations Manager at Brand Vision India from August 2010 to March 2014. Arpita began the career as a Public Relations Executive at Brand Promotions India and has also worked as a Marketing Consultant for Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) and in media marketing at Sahara Samay. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mass Communication, with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, Communicative English, and English Literature from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur.
