Daniel Caballero is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in the food industry. As Co-founder and President of FILLO'S, Daniel has successfully brought traditional foods of the Americas to a modern market alongside co-founder Antonio Caballero. Additionally, Daniel is part of the founding team of GUSSA and serves as a member of the Sustainable Local Food Investment Group, focusing on community-impacting food and beverage entities. Previous ventures include Co-founder and Advisor for Odeza, which was acquired by Ensemble Health Partners, and Vice President of Finance at Butterball, LLC. Daniel also served as Chief Financial Officer for Gusto Packing Company, where responsibilities encompassed various financial and operational management aspects. Daniel holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
