Jacqueline Christensen

Jacqueline Christensen is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Gustavus Adolphus College since August 2021, Jacqueline previously held the role of Associate Director of Human Resources at St. Olaf College, where responsibilities included overseeing total rewards, employment law compliance, and equity and inclusion efforts. Prior to these roles, Jacqueline founded HRM Solutions, LLC, providing comprehensive HR consulting services to small and mid-sized employers. Additional experience encompasses positions at leading organizations such as Natural Resource Group, ADC Telecommunications, Grand Casinos, and Catholic Charities, where Jacqueline led various HR initiatives and managed teams to enhance operational success. Jacqueline holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
