Achint Goel

Achint Goel is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager in the Risk department at Gusto since July 2015, previously holding the position of Senior Software Engineer in the same area. Achint has significantly contributed to Gusto's growth by developing key policies and processes related to financial and compliance risks, including onboarding KYC/KYB, fraud mitigation, credit underwriting, and collections. Notable achievements include architecting and implementing the initial version of Gusto's Faster Payroll product.
