Damon Aw

Damon Aw is an experienced engineering professional with a background in software development and management, currently serving as Engineering Manager for Gusto Embedded Payroll since August 2019. Prior roles at Gusto include Technical Team Lead in both the Embedded Payroll and People Information Ecosystem divisions. Previous experience includes positions as Lead Software Engineer and Senior Application Developer at Teladoc Health, as well as various roles at AlphaSights, culminating in the position of Lead Engineer. Additionally, Damon has held positions as Owner of ATFT Education School, Research Associate at UOB Kay Hian, and various roles in finance and project management. Damon Aw holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and is currently pursuing CFA Level 2 qualification.
