Jocelyn Lindenger is a seasoned engineering manager and leader with extensive experience in software development and team empowerment across various organizations. Currently serving as Co-Lead for the Pride with Gusto Affinity Group at Gusto, Jocelyn enhances community engagement while advocating for the transgender community. Previously, Jocelyn managed engineering teams at Adaptive Management, MasterPeace Solutions, Novetta, and the United States Department of Defense, focusing on product development, mentoring, and strategic support. Jocelyn holds an M.S. in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Foresight from the University of Houston, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Valparaiso University.
