Karen Fuller

Karen Fuller currently serves as the Head of Engagement, Customer Experience at Gusto, a modern online platform focused on providing small businesses with comprehensive team management solutions, including payroll and health services. Prior to joining Gusto in February 2023, Karen Fuller held multiple roles at Paychex from April 2008 to January 2023, culminating in the position of Director of the Dedicated Service Center and Customer Support. Additional roles at Paychex included Senior Segment Strategy Manager and various managerial positions focused on customer service and support. Earlier in the career, Karen Fuller was a Team Lead at Concentrix from October 2006 to April 2008.
