Meena Meyyappan

Meena Meyyappan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and application platform management. Currently serving as the Head of Application Platform at Gusto and as a member of the Board of Directors for CommonWealth Central Credit Union, Meena has also contributed to the Engineering Leadership Program at California State University, Chico. As the founder of WorknLife.app, Meena developed an inter-community marketplace aimed at fostering authentic relationships and skill exchanges. Previous roles include Senior Director of Engineering at Stash, Director of Software Engineering at Slack, and various senior engineering positions at Airbnb, VMware, eBay Inc., and Twitter, where Meena oversaw critical projects and strategies in cloud technologies and application virtualization. Meena holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Food Science & Dietetics from the University of Madras and has additional qualifications in applications programming, Oracle, UNIX, C, and project management from several institutions.
