Michelle Lee Rich

Michelle Lee Rich is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner Lead for the People Platform organization at Gusto, where responsibilities include supporting the Chief Product Officer and previously leading HR for the Revenue organization, managing a team of over 450 employees. Michelle has a history of launching major company-wide initiatives, including new office openings and a social impact strategy, while also driving substantial improvements in customer experience during a period of rapid growth. Prior to Gusto, Michelle contributed to the scaling of people operations at Dropbox and provided strategic consulting at Deloitte. An active board member at IMPACT Bay Area, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an International Baccalaureate from Taipei American School.
