Ozlem Bali

Ozlem Bali is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture for Gusto since June 2022, where responsibilities include fostering workplace culture for over 200,000 businesses. Prior to this role, Ozlem was HR Manager at Jotform from November 2021 to June 2022 and HR & Operations Manager at Udemy from May 2015 to October 2021, contributing to the growth of both organizations. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Human Resources Senior Specialist at Bilge Adam and Human Resources Specialist at Teleperformance, supporting recruitment and employee management processes. Ozlem holds an undergraduate degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Marmara University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sakarya University.
