Previously, as the Director of Customer Success at mHelpDesk from September 2015 to November 2020, Shannon managed a team of 22 agents and 3 managers, focusing on driving product adoption, positive customer experiences, and growth through renewals and retention improvements. Before that, at Lowe's Companies, Inc. between April 2008 to February 2013, Shannon held the position of Customer Service Department Manager, ensuring customer readiness and reducing complaints.
