Zareh Khachatoorian is an experienced leader in customer experience and quality assurance, currently serving as the Head of Quality & Insights at Gusto since October 2024. Previously, Zareh held the position of Head of Contact Center Sales Operations at Sony for a brief tenure in early 2024, overseeing a new stealth business unit. At ASAPP, from February 2020 to October 2023, Zareh led the Digital CX Strategy and Contact Center AI initiatives, focusing on enhancing human performance through generative AI. Zareh's earlier roles include Vice President of Customer Experience & Analytics at TouchCommerce, contributing to its $215 million exit to Nuance and subsequent acquisition by Microsoft, and Global Quality Assurance Manager at TeleTech. Zareh earned a BA in Communications from California State University, Northridge.
