Sasha Aparicio has a diverse education history. In 2005 to 2007, they attended Li Po Chun United World College, where they completed their International Baccalaureate. Following this, from 2008 to 2012, Sasha pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology at Tufts University. During their time at Tufts, they also pursued a Minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership Studies.

Continuing their academic journey, from 2013 to 2015, Sasha attended the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Food and Nutrition. Sasha later enrolled at Universidad Galileo in 2015 and is currently pursuing a Licentiate degree (Licenciatura) in Food and Nutrition, with an expected completion in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Sasha has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In January 2023, they completed the "Moving DEI from Intention to Impact" course with Ruchika Tulshyan, offered through LinkedIn. In February 2023, they also completed the "Cultural Humility and Agility" and "How to Have Productive One-on-One Meetings" courses, both provided by LinkedIn.
