Hannah Olson

Hannah Olson is a seasoned professional with expertise in survey design, public health, and research methods. Currently serving as a Senior Research Scientist at the Guttmacher Institute, Hannah has previously held positions as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Bryn Mawr College, where courses on Survey Research Methods were taught, and as an Associate Fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics. With a robust history at Performance Monitoring and Accountability 2020, Hannah's roles included Senior Advisor and Associate Director of Survey Operations, where strategic oversight and technical support for international surveys were provided. Additional experience includes consultancy with the World Health Organization, research coordination roles at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Plan UK, and management of student services at New York University in Shanghai. Hannah holds a PhD in Demography from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Public Health from Johns Hopkins.
