Benno Marbach

Benno Marbach is the COO and co-founder of GUURU. Benno has over fifteen years of experience in the marketing and executive fields.

Marbach was previously the CEO and co-founder of C Talks, a network of c-level executives, which they founded in October 2012 and ran until December 2015.

Before C Talks, Marbach was the founder of CMO Conference, connecting and inspiring top marketing executives around the world from January 2008 to August 2014.

From September 2005 to March 2009, Marbach worked as the Global Marketing Director for Samsung Electronics where they were in charge of strategic marketing and global key account management with a focus on North American and European customers. Benno was also a lecturer at Samsung's Global Marketing Institute during this time.

In April 2004, Marbach joined McKinsey as an associate but left the company after just six months to take on a new role as group key account manager at Nestlé from January 2002 to December 2003.

From December 1997 to July 2002, Marbach worked as group brand manager at The Coca-Cola Company before moving to Kraft Foods where they served as brand manager from January 1996 to November 1997.

Benno Marbach holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a lic.rer.publ.HSG from the University of St.Gallen, and a CEMS MIM from Université catholique de Louvain. Benno also attended Kollegium St. Fidelis in Stans.

They work with Jutta Stienen - VP, Marketing, Rafaela Ruf - Head of Product, and Tiago Fernandes - CTO, Co-Founder. Benno Marbach reports to Tonio Meier, CEO, Co-Founder & Board Member.
