Shannon Donegani has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Shannon currently works as the Director of Client Collaboration (SaaS Account Executive) at Guusto, where they help HR leaders shape great culture using the Employee Recognition and Rewards Platform. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Rare Indigo, a destination management company specializing in events and travel. In this role, they were responsible for building and contracting business, managing key accounts, and fostering partnerships in the Western US and Canada market. Before that, Shannon worked at Tourism Vancouver, initially as a Sales Associate in the Meeting & Convention Sales team, later advancing to become the Manager of the Midwest US market and eventually the Manager of the Western US market. During their time at Tourism Vancouver, they played a key role in expanding and growing these markets by building authentic and trusted relationships with clients. Shannon also worked at CSTT Sports Management International as a Sales Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the CEO, where they supported the CEO in managing their workload and implementing efficiency procedures. Shannon Donegani pursued their education in the field of Marketing Management from 2001 to 2003 at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Shannon obtained a Marketing Management Diploma during this time. In 2020, they further enhanced their skills by completing a course in Project Management Essentials at the same institution.
