Julian Baume

Julian Baume is currently the Head of People and Culture at Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation, having previously held HR leadership roles at organizations such as Dementia UK, Hiscox, and Ashtons Legal. With a background spanning various public and private sector organizations, Julian brings a wealth of experience in human resources management. Julian holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of York, and attended Warwick School for their secondary education.
