Martin Squires

Martin Squires is an experienced real estate development professional with a strong background in property management and development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Development for NSW/ACT at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen since May 2019, Martin previously held positions such as Senior Real Estate Development Manager at Harrington Property Group and Director of Retail Development at Officeworks, where responsibilities included developing new stores in NSW and ACT. Prior experience includes development management roles at McDonald's and Tenpin Limited, focusing on site acquisition and property matters, as well as a foundation in commercial property consulting as a General Practice Surveyor at heb Chartered Surveyors. Martin holds a BSc (Honours) in Planning and Property Development from Nottingham Trent University.
