Nicole M. Gaudelli

Nicole M. Gaudelli is an experienced leader in gene editing technologies, currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at GV (Google Ventures) since February 2024. Previously, at Beam Therapeutics, Nicole held multiple positions, including Vice President of Gene Editing, Senior Director, and Director, with a focus on developing genome editing and base editing technologies. Nicole's academic background includes postdoctoral research at the Broad Institute and Harvard University, where a strong emphasis was placed on synthetic biology. Nicole obtained a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Biochemistry from Boston College, with early experience in chemical research at Eastman Kodak Company.
