Sierra Lovelace Warner

Sierra Lovelace Warner is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at GV (Google Ventures) since December 2019. Prior to this role, Sierra held various positions at Alphabet Inc., including HR Program Manager and HRBP, providing HR strategy and consulting for subsidiary companies. Sierra began a career at Google from June 2011 to April 2015, focusing on staffing strategy and operations as a People Programs Manager and managing PR initiatives for Google Maps, Google Wallet, and Google Offers as a PR Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Account Supervisor at Atomic PR and Senior Account Executive at Bite Communications. Sierra holds a BA in Communication from Santa Clara University and has also studied at IES Barcelona.
