Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. From February 2016 to 2019, Mariana worked as a nutritionist in a private consulting practice and contributed as a university lecturer in subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
