Spencer Winegarden

Spencer Winegarden is the Web Manager for GVTC Communications, responsible for managing web and mobile app experiences for service members. With experience in marketing, web development, and content management, Spencer has worked for companies such as Panther Industries, Spectrum Reach, Syntes Language Group, First Data Corporation, Harland Financial Solution, and Merkle Inc. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from Fort Lewis College.
