Susan Miles

Susan Miles has a strong background in operations and management. Susan began their career in 1981 at Mittal Steel, where they served as Section Manager for Pickle/Tandem and Temper/Finishing. Susan then transitioned to Resinoid Engineering, where they worked as a Plant Manager from 1998 to 2001. Susan later joined UGN, Inc. as a Plant Manager from 2001 to 2006. In 2006, they joined G&W Electric Co. and held various roles, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Global Quality. Throughout their career, Susan has been responsible for leading and improving operations, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality, and continuous improvement. Susan has also played a strategic role in developing company vision and plans for growth.

Susan Miles attended Western Illinois University from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry.
