Dr. Adeline Chua has a range of diverse work experience. Adeline currently holds the position of Head of Customer Insights and Programs at GWA Group Limited since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager Customer Insights at the same company from April 2022 to March 2023. In addition, they worked as the Senior Insights & Customer Experience Manager at GWA Group Limited from July 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining GWA Group Limited, Dr. Chua held the role of Group Insights & Customer Experience Manager at Methven Ltd from July 2018 to June 2019, and as the Group Insights Manager from July 2016 to July 2018.

Adeline also gained valuable experience at SKY TV New Zealand, where they served as the Consumer & Usability Experience Manager from May 2016 to July 2016. Prior to that, they held the roles of Senior Consumer Insights Researcher from April 2012 to May 2016 and Consumer Insights Researcher from September 2011 to April 2012 at the same company.

Dr. Chua's earlier work experience includes serving as a Research Assistant & Tutor at University of Otago from July 2007 to November 2010, and as a Lecturer & Tutor at Multimedia University from February 2002 to June 2007. Adeline also worked as a Market Researcher at Synovate Malaysia from January 2001 to February 2002.

Adeline Chua, PhD, has an impressive education history. Starting in 1998, they pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with First Class Honours, majoring in Marketing with Multimedia, at Multimedia University. Adeline completed their undergraduate degree in 2001.

Continuing their academic journey, Adeline Chua enrolled at Multimedia University once again in 2003 to pursue a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Multimedia Marketing. Adeline completed their MPhil degree in 2005.

Determined to further enhance their expertise in the field, Adeline Chua joined the University of Otago in 2007 to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Marketing Management. Displaying dedication and commitment, they completed their PhD degree in 2010.
