Mahesh Rupasinghe

Mahesh Rupasinghe has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Mahesh is currently working as a Product Excellence Design Engineer at GWA Group Limited since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at The Bright Group for over a decade from September 2010 to August 2021. Mahesh also worked as a Product & Process Engineer at Flintec from November 2007 to June 2010.

In addition, Mahesh has some teaching experience as a Visiting Lecturer at ICBT Campus from March 2009 to May 2010. Mahesh started their career as a Mechanical Site Engineer (Trainee) at Shin Nippon Air Technologies Co., Ltd in February 2006, where they worked until August 2006.

Mahesh Rupasinghe has a diverse education history. Mahesh began their academic journey in 1988 at St.Aloysius College, where they completed their GCE Advanced Level. Following this, they pursued a Diploma in Computer Studies at IDM in 1998. In 2002, Mahesh enrolled at the University of Moratuwa and graduated in 2007 with a BSc Engineering (Hons) degree, specializing in Mechanical studies.

In 2009, Mahesh furthered their education by obtaining a Diploma in Business English from the American College of Higher Education. Additionally, they obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from Engineers Australia in September 2009.

To enhance their skills and knowledge, Mahesh participated in various certification programs. In 2012, they completed a Certificate IV in Business from the Australian National Apprenticeship Centre. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Learning CATIA v5 from LinkedIn in August 2021.
