Rose Vidal-Bagas

Rose Vidal-Bagas has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and support. Rose started their career as a Dell Technical Support Representative at eTelecare Global Solutions in 2004 and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they joined Stream Global Services as a Dell Technical Support Manager. In 2010, they worked as an Information Technology Support Engineer at United Overseas Bank in Singapore.

In 2018, Rose joined Solutionists as a Technical Support Administrator and worked there until 2019. After that, they joined Life Health Foods as an Information Technology Services Analyst and worked there until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst at GWA Group Limited.

Throughout their career, Rose has gained experience in various roles and industries, including e-commerce, banking, and BPO services. Rose has a strong background in technical support and customer service.

Rose Vidal-Bagas attended Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
