Laurie Gress

Laurie Gress, CPFS, possesses extensive experience in the warranty industry, currently serving as Regional Performance Manager at GWC Warranty, an APCO Holdings company, since March 2007. Gress has held multiple roles within the company, including Manager of Inside Sales and Field Sales Trainer, as well as a brief tenure as Training Coordinator in 2017. Prior to joining GWC Warranty, Gress was the Director and Executive Assistant at GVTA, overseeing the POWER! program and supporting the CEO. Gress earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Misericordia University between 1996 and 2001.
