Argentina Murphy

Argentina Murphy, SPHR, currently serves as the HR Division Director at Gwinnett County Public Library, overseeing all HR functions including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and talent acquisition since January 2021. Additionally, Argentina functions as an HR Consultant/Partner at TeamWise Consultants, delivering tailored HR solutions to small businesses and startups. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Georgia Urology, P.A., where strategic alignment of HR services with business goals was established, and Human Resource Manager at Community One Associates, focusing on benefits design and employee relations. Argentina has also contributed to volunteer initiatives through SHRM Atlanta and held various HR roles in organizations such as Zoo Atlanta and Anteon International Corporation.
