Amy Czarnowski Rawlins

Amy Czarnowski Rawlins is an experienced theatre educator and director with a diverse background in teaching and performing arts. Currently serving as a Theatre Teacher and Director at Gwinnett County Public Schools since July 2021, Amy has a rich history in the field, including roles as an IB Theatre Teacher and Musical Theatre Director at Decatur High School from 2012 to July 2025. Previous experiences include founding the Drama and Dance program at Chelsea High School and teaching various dance styles at All That Jazz Dance Studio. Amy also contributes time as a volunteer cabin counselor at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp since 2004. Academically, Amy holds an MA in Theater Education from Emerson College and a BFA in Musical Theater from Shenandoah University.
