Shirelle Hallum

Shirelle Hallum currently serves as the Vision Zero Transportation Planner for the Athens-Clarke County Unified Government, focusing on eliminating traffic fatalities and enhancing mobility equity. Concurrently, Shirelle Hallum holds the position of Graduate Research Assistant at the University of South Carolina, managing multiple projects that explore disparities in pedestrian and bicycle crashes as well as greenspace equity.
