Jennifer O'Carroll has over 25 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Jennifer started their career at Harvard Developments Limited as an Assistant Controller, where they completed full-cycle accounting for institutionally owned office, industrial, and retail assets. Jennifer also managed the commercial recoveries sub-system and developed a database to track utility consumption for each asset.

After working at Harvard Developments Limited, Jennifer joined Argon Group Ltd. as an Assistant Controller. In this role, they completed full-cycle accounting for condominium corporations, multi-family rental complexes, and rental pools. In their most recent role as the Senior Director of Regional Finance, Jennifer led the Regional Commercial and Residential Finance Teams across Canada. Jennifer focused on maximizing the use of Yardi Voyager 7S and standardizing processes nationally. Jennifer also played a key role in developing new accounting structures, managing team right-sizing, and redesigning development project reporting and costs forecasting.
