Bevin Lewis CPA, CGA has extensive work experience in the field of accounting and finance. They started their career at Colliers International Canada in 2007, where they served as an Accounting Manager. In this role, they assisted the Assistant Controller in reviewing the monthly Net Income of a national portfolio of 87 properties. They also provided direction and supervision to a team of five staff members.

In 2011, Bevin joined Morguard as an Accounting Manager. They were responsible for reviewing and managing accounting functions for a portfolio of office and industrial buildings. This included tasks such as CAM and Realty Tax recovery billings, budgeting, and year-end audit review.

In 2019, Bevin moved to GWL Realty Advisors where they served as a Controller. They reviewed accounting functions for a portfolio of 14 office buildings, overseeing an accounting staff of three. Their responsibilities included preparing monthly financial statements, conducting balance sheet and variance analysis.

Currently, Bevin is working at GWL Realty Advisors as an Assistant Financial Controller.

Bevin Lewis CPA, CGA obtained a Professional Accounting designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Social Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management Studies with Economics from The University of the West Indies.
