Clare Qu

Clare Qu has an extensive work history in the real estate and investment industry. Clare currently holds the position of Director, Investments at GWL Realty Advisors, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Metrolinx as part of the Property Acquisitions team from April 2021 to March 2022.

From 2012 to 2021, Clare held various roles at Real Estate Investment at Canada Post Pension Fund, including Senior Portfolio Manager from April 2019 to March 2021, and Portfolio Manager from August 2012 to March 2019. Before that, they worked at Starlight Investments as a Senior Asset Management Analyst from September 2008 to August 2012.

Clare'scareer began at Nexcap Finance Corp. in April 2004, where they served as the Manager, Asset Management until June 2006. Overall, Clare Qu has had a diverse range of experience in roles related to portfolio management, acquisitions, and asset management in both private and public sectors.

Clare Qu completed their Honours B.COMM degree in Finance, Economics, and Management Science from McMaster University from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they pursued an IMBA degree in Real Property Development and Finance at the Schulich School of Business - York University from 2006 to 2008.
