Conrad Tomaszkiewicz

Conrad Tomaszkiewicz has diverse work experience in various industries. Conrad is currently working as an Analyst in Development at GWL Realty Advisors since February 2022. Prior to this, they were a Consultant in Deal Advisory - Global Infrastructure at KPMG Canada from October 2020 to February 2022. Before that, they worked as a Consultant Intern in Deal Advisory - Global Infrastructure at KPMG Canada from September 2019 to December 2019. Conrad also has experience as an Infrastructure Intern at WSP from January 2018 to August 2018, an Engineering Intern at Binnie from May 2017 to August 2017, a Construction Management Intern at Kiewit from May 2016 to August 2016, and a Franchise Manager at University First Class Painters from May 2015 to August 2015.

Conrad Tomaszkiewicz holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Commerce from The University of British Columbia. Additionally, they have attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a Summer School program in Strategic Management.

In terms of certifications, Conrad has obtained a Pro Forma in Commercial Real Estate from REALPAC in January 2022. Conrad also holds a REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate, achieving Levels 1, 2, and 3 with distinction, from Real Estate Financial Modeling in October 2021. Furthermore, they are a Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst certified by Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI), which they obtained in September 2019.
