Elizabeth Schreurs

Elizabeth Schreurs is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and optimizing operations in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Property Management for GWL Realty Advisors since May 2014, Elizabeth manages a team focused on Class A commercial buildings in the Greater Toronto area. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held key positions at Brookfield Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included managing efficiency and innovation for significant accounts such as Rogers Communication and TD Bank across Canada. Elizabeth gained substantial experience as General Manager at SNC-Lavalin O&M, leading initiatives for BMO, and has held positions at Caber Capital and O&Y Enterprise. Elizabeth's academic background includes education from Ryerson University and Sheridan College.
