Inessa Abysheva (Inna)

Inessa (Inna) Abysheva has extensive work experience in the financial and accounting field. Inessa (Inna) started their career at Self Unit Properties LP in 2006, where they served as an Accountant and was responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. In 2007, they joined InStorage REIT as an Accountant, where they handled the full accounting cycle and analysis of financial reports. Inessa (Inna) then moved on to work at Quantec Geoscience Ltd. as a General Accountant on a contract basis in 2010. In 2011, Abysheva joined CBRE Canada as a Senior Accountant, where they managed full-cycle financial reporting for the Scotia Plaza Complex. Inessa (Inna) continued their accounting career at Dream Unlimited in 2012 as a Senior Accountant for Scotia Plaza Management, overseeing a well-located portfolio of central business district and suburban office assets. Inessa (Inna) then joined Romspen Investment Corporation in 2014 as a Manager of Financial Reporting. Currently, Abysheva is working at GWL Realty Advisors as an Assistant Controller for GTA Finance.

Inessa (Inna) Abysheva obtained a BComm degree in Accounting and Finance from the Ted Rogers School of Management, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Inessa (Inna) then pursued further education at The Canadian CPA, where they obtained a CPA, CGA certification in Accounting from 2010 to 2011.
