Samantha Anderes

Samantha Anderes is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in real estate development and property management. Currently serving as Controller at The Richman Group since March 2014, Samantha oversees accounting for over 18,000 units, encompassing both affordable and market-rate multi-family apartments and retail properties. Prior to this role, Samantha held various positions at The Richman Group, including Accounting Manager/Assistant Treasurer and Senior Accountant, and gained foundational experience at WCI Communities, Inc. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Accounting from Pace University and an Associate's degree in Accounting from SUNY Westchester Community College.
