Philbert Kim

Philbert Kim has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Philbert is currently working as a Senior Director, Strategic Portfolio Initiatives at GWL Realty Advisors, where they focus on finding process efficiencies, designing legal holding structures, and exploring new strategic growth areas. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Director, Global Real Estate at London Life/Great-West Lifeco Inc, where they developed and executed strategies to diversify real estate holdings geographically. Philbert also worked as a Senior Consultant, Strategic Development Initiatives and Senior Consultant, West Harbour Disposition Strategy at the City of Hamilton, where they collaborated with various departments and external consultants to assess surplus lands and develop bring-to-market strategies for affordable housing initiatives. Philbert has also held positions as a Director, Real Estate & Infrastructure at Colliers International, a Small Business Advisor as a consultant, and a Portfolio Asset Manager at Delta Hotels. Philbert's earlier roles include Director, Portfolio Management and Manager, Portfolio Analysis & Research at GWL Realty Advisors, as well as an Associate at Peregrin Property Services and a Research Coordinator at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate.

Philbert Kim attended Ryerson University from 1995 to 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts (BAA) degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
