Simon Lo

Simon Lo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. simon started their career in 2006 at Scotiabank, where they worked as a Project Leader until 2010. In 2009, Simon also interned at LiveWorkLearnPlay as an Intern in Strategic Business Development. That same year, they pursued an MBA at Schulich School of Business and completed their degree in 2010.

Simon then joined GWL Realty Advisors in 2011, initially working as an Analyst in Multi-Residential Asset Management. simon later moved up to the position of Senior Analyst, holding this role until 2013.

Since 2013, Simon has been a part of GWL Realty Advisors, where they have held multiple roles. simon started as an Asset Manager and worked in this position until the end of 2014. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Asset Manager and held this role for one year. Simon then transitioned into the role of Director of Portfolio Management, a position they held until early 2019. From 2019 to mid-2022, they served as the Senior Director of Portfolio Management. Most recently, in July 2022, Simon was appointed as the Vice President of Portfolio Management. Their tenure in this role is ongoing.

Simon Lo received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc(H)) degree in Life Sciences from Queen's University between 1999 and 2003. simon later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Real Estate from the Schulich School of Business at York University from 2009 to 2010.
