Janelle Heuton is currently the EVP of Product & Client Success at gWorks. Prior to their current role, Janelle was an Account Manager at ReachLocal from November 2010 to June 2012. In their role as Account Manager, they consulted in all aspects of digital marketing and public relations with local business owners, provided insight and recommendations specific to each business owner regarding advertising and social media, evaluated website content, managed expectations, and educated clients in changes in digital marketing to provide an excellent customer experience. Heuton was also responsible for selling and setting up campaigns, the technical aspects of campaign management within the digital platform, account management and monitoring campaign performance, analyzing and solving technical issues, formulating correct campaign budgets for optimized results, creating and presenting customized proposals and reporting. In recognition of their outstanding performance, Janelle was promoted to acting Client Relations Consultant, a specialized position designed specifically for customer retention and specializing in improving and fostering positive customer relations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Janelle was named Account Manager of the Year in 2011.

Janelle Heuton has a MA in Anthropology from Columbia University in the City of New York and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Janelle is also Product-Led Growth Certified from ProductLed.

Janelle Heuton works with Dustin Brinkman - VP of Sales, Gary Hatfield - Controller, and Quinton Randel - VP of Marketing. Their manager is Joseph Heieck, President & CEO.
