Michael Horne possesses extensive experience in talent development and business management across various sectors. Currently serving in Learning & Development for Future Generation Joint Venture, involved in Australia's largest committed renewable energy project, Snowy 2, since January 2021. Simultaneously, serves as Academy Talent Coordinator and Coach for GWS GIANTS. Previously held the role of Business Development Manager for RSEA Safety Australia, managing multiple retail and distribution operations. Also worked at WorkPac as Business Center Manager, overseeing key projects like the Canberra Metro Construction and managing over 125 staff. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Business Partner at Snowy Hydro Limited, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment strategy implementation to employee on-boarding and HR support.
