Kerolyn Costa

Kerolyn Costa is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people management and recruitment within the technology sector. Currently serving as an HR Analyst and People Partner at GX2 Tecnologia since September 2021, Kerolyn is involved in various strategic activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluations, and talent retention. Previous positions include HR Analyst and Tech Recruiter roles focused on recruitment processes for IT professionals, as well as an HR Trainee position that provided foundational experience in recruitment, employee benefits, and administrative support. Kerolyn is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at UniRitter, having previously obtained an Associate Degree in Computing from IFSUL.
