Chris McDonald MBA, PMP, LSSGB has a diverse and extensive work experience across various industries and roles. Starting in 2005, they worked in the US Navy as a Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure Team Member and a Maintenance Group Supervisor. During this time, they gained skills in combating terrorism and managing computer network systems. From 2009 to 2013, Chris served as a Department Manager in the US Navy Reserve, where they led and developed intelligence analysts.

In 2020, Chris joined Nouryon as the Global Process Owner for Procure to Pay (P2P), where they were responsible for overseeing the P2P process globally. Finally, in 2022, Chris joined GXO Logistics as the Head of Procurement AMAPAC. Chris McDonald reorganized the procurement team, implemented different expertise tranches, and significantly increased hard savings.

Chris McDonald holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Miami, which they completed between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Management with a focus on Business from the University of North Florida in 2011. In 2010, Chris McDonald earned an Associate in Arts (A.A) degree from Florida State College. Chris McDonald has also obtained additional certifications, including a Change Management Certificate from Cornell University, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
