Debarshi Lahiri

Debarshi Lahiri has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Debarshi started their career in 2003 at Schlumberger, where they served as a Field Engineer and later as an Operations Manager and Sales Director. In 2011, they worked as a Summer Associate at Bain & Company and as a Summer Associate in Project Finance at Standard Chartered Bank. From 2012 to 2014, Debarshi participated in the CEO* Program at Siemens, which provided him with international assignments and guidance from senior leadership. Debarshi then joined Siemens Energy, where they held several positions, including Global Head of Strategy & Business Development and Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Most recently, they have been working at GXO Logistics, Inc. as the VP Global Commercial & Operations since 2023. Debarshi has demonstrated success in driving profitable growth, exceeding customer expectations, and leading international teams.

Debarshi Lahiri obtained a Bachelor of Technology (Honours) in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 1999 to 2003. Debarshi then pursued an MBA in Management at the London Business School from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Class 12 from St. Xavier's College in 1999.
