Eunice Lobo Romero has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Eunice currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at GXO Logistics, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ALOM as Operations for ALOM Technologies from 2021 to 2022, where they achieved world-class six-sigma quality levels and implemented strategic plans focused on workforce development and process optimization. Eunice also served as the Director of Operations at Ingram Micro from 2014 to 2022, overseeing critical site initiatives and projects. Before that, at Intel Corporation, they held the positions of Global Services Operations Manager and Woman at Intel Network Director from 2012 to 2014. In their role, they spearheaded business strategy, led critical site initiatives, and facilitated new business landing in Costa Rica. At Intel Corporation, they also served as the Information Technology Supply Chain Manager and Manufacturing Systems Technical Group Manager from 2008 to 2011, where they led teams and implemented strategic reorganizations and career development programs. Eunice began their career at Global Standards One as a Business Account Executive from 2001 to 2005, where they focused on supply chain management integration and advised multiple companies on best business practices.

Eunice Lobo Romero holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, specializing in Industrial Management. Eunice obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Internacional de las Américas between 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, they completed their high school education and earned a High School Diploma. Currently, they are pursuing a Micro Masters in Supply Chain at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, expected to be completed in 2023.
