Gretchen Maton

Gretchen Maton has a diverse and extensive work experience. Gretchen currently holds the role of Senior Director, Contracts at GXO Logistics, Inc. since July 2023. Before this, they worked as an Attorney at Dailey LLP from October 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Associate General Counsel and Director of Compliance at RBC Bearings from April 2022 to September 2022. Gretchen has also held various positions at Sikorsky, including Director of Contracts from August 2018 to April 2021, Contracts Director & General Counsel from October 2015 to August 2018, and Associate General Counsel from February 2010 to October 2015. Earlier in their career, they were a Business Services Partner at Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP from May 2002 to February 2010 and a Corporate Associate at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP from September 2000 to May 2002.

Gretchen Maton attended Bucknell University from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Biology and French (premedical studies). Gretchen then pursued further education at Syracuse University College of Law from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
