Nilesh Mohan

Nilesh Mohan has a strong work experience in supply chain and logistics management. Nilesh is currently serving as the Vice President at GXO Logistics, Inc. Nilesh previously worked at AutoNation as the Vice President of Supply Chain Technology from 2020 to 2022. Before that, Nilesh held various roles at Target, including Director of Supply Chain Engineering, Director of Material Handling, Automation & Robotics, and Senior Group Leader of Fulfillment & Distribution Center. Nilesh also worked as a Senior Consultant at Target's 6SIGMA Internal Consulting Group. Prior to their time at Target, Nilesh gained consulting experience at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they worked as an Associate and Summer Associate, managing complex projects and strategies for various clients. Nilesh started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as an IT Consultant and Asst Systems Engineer. Nilesh also had a summer internship at Honda Motor Corporation, India, where they focused on quality control and process improvement initiatives.

Nilesh Mohan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering in the years 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued an MBA in Management from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business from 2004 to 2006.
